Client wanted to identify the trends and factors which influence the budget-allocation for IT department in SMEs in India, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan and Korea
Approach
•Project objective was thoroughly briefed to the team comprising project manager, research analyst and moderators
•Specifications – 750 qualitative interviews were to be conducted with the decision makers/influencers, purchasing managers across different companies as per the quota (based on country and revenue)
•Interviews were conducted telephonically and online with the respondents sourced from proprietary database and through real-time sampling
•Discussion Guide was shared by the client in English, translations and back-translations were done by the MartLenz
•Survey programming and hosting was also managed by MartLenz
Result
•The data obtained through interviews was verified through multi-level quality checks (i.e., for data quality, completion index of survey and accuracy of language)
•Result was shared in excel format
